Service
We will try to give you the best possible service but if for any reason we should fail to live up to your expectations, please let us know. Orders are generally dispatched within 24hrs of receipt, but please allow 14 days for delivery.

Post and Packing
All prices shown are inclusive of delivery, which for destinations outside the UK is by Airmail.

NTSC video format
There are no extra charges for CineRail or Marsden Rail videos supplied on NTSC (North America) format. For titles from other producers allow an additional £5.00 per copy.

Payment processing
Credit card details are not retained on our website, and the order e-mail is encrypted when submitted. We will not process your credit card or cheque until your order is despatched.

Returns
If the item you have bought from us is faulty, damaged or you are not satisfied with it - for whatever reason - simply return it to us for a replacement or refund. However, please contact us first to discuss the problem and, if necessary, to arrange the most convenient method of returning the item.

Payment from outside the UK
Payment may be made by cheque, credit card or Postal Orders. If you are paying by cheque from outside the UK, please ensure that the bank has a UK presence. Cheques etc. should be made payable to Cinerail

Data Protection
Order details will be retained on our database for processing purposes. If you do not wish to receive further information from us, please tick the box on the order form before sending it to us.
