ORDERING PRODUCTS FROM CINERAIL

We offer an on-line shopping system if you wish to place an order and make payment using Visa, MasterCard and Switch etc, but orders may also be placed by telephone, fax or post. We accept Postal Orders and cheques for orders made by post, although cheques sent from outside the UK must be issued by banks having a UK presence.

There is free delivery on all orders, (Airmail outside the UK) no matter where you live in the world. For North American customers, all CineRail and Marsden Rail railway videos are available in NTSC format at no extra charge. For 'Channel Tunnel, The Inside Story' and 'The Black Five: Jack of all Trades' railway videos, please add £5.00 for NTSC copies. DVDs are also available in NTSC format at no extra charge.

Our office staff is generally available to handle your calls between 9.30am until 5.30pm (GMT) Monday to Friday and if no one is available your call will be taken by our answering service.

HOW TO PLACE AN ORDER USING THIS WEBSITE

To order railway videos using our on-line ordering facility, simply locate the title(s) you wish to order and click the 'Add to Cart' button. This can be found below the description of each title. You will then be shown a screen displaying the contents of your shopping cart, along with an option to proceed to the checkout and pay for your order.

If you wish to place an order by fax or post you can still use the shopping cart to compile your order and then use your browsers' print function to generate a hard copy.
