We offer an on-line shopping system if you wish to place an order and make payment using Visa,
Mastercard or Switch, but orders can also be placed by telephone, fax or post. We also accept Postal Orders and cheques (please include a valid cheque guarantee card number) for orders made by post.

There is free delivery on all orders, (Airmail outside the UK) no matter where you live in the world. For North American customers, all CineRail and Marsden Rail titles are available in NTSC format at no extra charge. For 'Channel Tunnel, The Inside Story' and 'The Black Five: Jack of all Trades' videos, please add £5.00 for NTSC copies.

Our office staff are generally available to handle your calls between 9.30am until 5.30pm (GMT) Monday to Friday and if no one is available your call will be taken by our 24hour answering service.
